COPE Water-cooled chillers use water to cool the refrigerant in the condenser. They are efficient because they condense depending on the ambient temperature bulb temperature, which is lower than the ambient dry bulb temperature.

Water-cooled chillers use water to cool the refrigerant in the condenser. They are efficient because they condense depending on the ambient temperature bulb temperature, which is lower than the ambient dry bulb temperature.
This system consists of different components which includes
- Cooling towers
- Condenser water pumps
- Make-up water pumps
- Chillers
- TES reservoirs
